Do I need an account to place an order ?
No, you only need an email address to place and track your order. However, creating an O'Radiance account allows you to save your favorites to a wishlist and stay updated on your purchases.
How can I choose the right size?
No worries! Each product page includes a size guide to help you make the best choice. For some items, we also provide specific size recommendations when necessary, ensuring you find the perfect fit with confidence.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit or debit card, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like PayPal Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
I haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do ?
If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please follow these steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder: The email may have been filtered there.
- Verify your bank account: Ensure the payment was processed successfully. If your bank account hasn’t been charged, this means your order was not completed. We recommend placing the order again.
- Check for errors with the email address: There may have been a mistake when entering your email at checkout.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
1-3 working days for dispatch, then DHL worldwide express time delivery depending on your country.
Can you provide tracking number for orders ?
Yes of course ! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our website to track the delivery status of your order in real-time.
Can I initiate a return or exchange for my purchase ?
Yes ! you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Simply send us your order details, the reason for the return, and the condition of the item (opened or not, with tickets and labels intact or not). We’ll send you a return label (DHL express) and once the item reaches our partner's warehouse and passes inspection, we verify if it complies our returns policy. Then, if all is ok, we will submit a refund request through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that refunds may take 1-7 days to process and post the refund too depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If the return is due to our mistake, we’ll cover the shipping costs; otherwise, the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations can be processed before the item is dispatched. Once the item has been shipped, then a processing fee may apply.
While changes to an order are limited, updating the delivery address is possible if you contact us promptly, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order. We’re here to assist you every step of the way !
How much is shipping ?

I haven’t received all the items I ordered. What should I do?
It’s likely that your order was shipped in multiple parcels, as our items are sometimes stored in different warehouses. All tracking numbers for your shipments should have been sent to you via email. If you haven’t received them, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
