RETURNS

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, our return policy provides a straightforward solution. You have a 14-day window from the date of order delivery to return products, either partially or entirely, beyond this deadline, we do not accept any returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team by email at support@oradiance.com and provide comprehensive order details, specify the reason for the return, and describe the item's condition.

PRODUCTS CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, products must meet specific conditions for return:

  1. They should remains unworn or unused and be properly packed in their original packaging and in a pristine state suitable for resale, free from damage or soiling. This includes all relevant accessories (e.g., boxes, bags, belts) and documentation.
  2. Products must exhibit no evident signs of use beyond what is compatible with a normal fitting test. They should not show traces of prolonged use exceeding the time required for a fitting test and must be in a condition allowing for resale.
  3. Ensure the item retains its tag and warranty seal; these components are integral to the goods and are mandatory conditions for return.
  4. Additionally, provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label (DHL express) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Following a thorough inspection upon receipt at our logistical warehouse, we'll proceed with the refund. If the error is on our part, we'll cover the shipping charges; otherwise, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

If a returned item fail to meet O'Radiance's Return policy or be in a state unsuitable for resale, we retain the right to decline the return request, with prior notification.

Subsequent to this communication, the consumer has the option to retrieve the products at their own expense in the condition they were returned. Return costs the same shipping costs and vary based on the geographical area; kindly refer to the SHIPPING POLICY section for specific rates for each destination.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAYS COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that refund in some cases may take several days to process and post the refund too depending on your bank or credit card provider.
