Can I initiate a return or exchange for my purchase ?
Yes ! you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Simply send us your order details, the reason for the return, and the condition of the item (opened or not, with tickets and labels intact or not). We’ll send you a return label (DHL express) and once the item reaches our partner's warehouse and passes inspection, we verify if it complies our returns policy. Then, if all is ok, we will submit a refund request through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that refunds may take several days to process and post the refund too depending on your bank or credit card provider.
