Can I initiate a return or exchange for my purchase ?
Yes ! you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Simply send us your order details, the reason for the return, and the condition of the item (opened or not, with tickets and labels intact or not). Then, if all is ok, we will submit a refund request through your original payment method within 10 business days.
