No, you only need an email address to place and track your order. However, creating an O'Radiance account allows you to save your favorites to a wishlist and stay updated on your purchases.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
1-3 working days for dispatch, then DHL worldwide express time delivery depending on your country.
Can you provide tracking number for orders ?
Yes of course ! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our website to track the delivery status of your order in real-time.
Can I initiate a return or exchange for my purchase ?
Yes ! you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Simply send us your order details, the reason for the return, and the condition of the item (opened or not, with tickets and labels intact or not). We’ll send you a return label (DHL express) and once the item reaches our partner's warehouse and passes inspection, we verify if it complies our returns policy. Then, if all is ok, we will submit a refund request through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that refunds may take several days to process and post the refund too depending on your bank or credit card provider. If the return is due to our mistake, we’ll cover the shipping costs; otherwise, the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
